Fascia Replacement

Chimney Crickets
We recommend constructing 2 new chimney crickets to improve water drainage and reduce the risk of leaks behind the chimneys.

Roof Deck (Plywood)
This proposal includes 3 sheets of plywood. If additional damaged decking is found during tear-off, replacement plywood will be installed at $100 per sheet.
Gutters
Gutters are not included in this proposal but can be added as a separate project if desired.
